This policy explains what information Elevate Agency (“Elevate”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. See the Contact section at the bottom of this page for how to reach us.

Who we are

The site is operated by Elevate Agency AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company, registered at 8418 Sterling St, Suite A, Irving, TX 75063, United States. We offer strategy calls and agency-build services to qualified business owners.

What we collect

Application form (Typeform). Your name, email, available capital range, timeline, and answers to qualifying questions you submit.
Booking (GoHighLevel calendar). The time slot you choose, your name and email, optional phone number, and any notes you add when booking.
Strategy call. If the call is recorded, you’ll be informed and asked for consent before recording begins. You can decline; the call still happens.
Site analytics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, page viewed) and aggregate video-engagement data via Wistia.
Email replies. If you email us, that correspondence (and your email address) is retained for follow-up.

How we use it

To deliver the strategy call you booked and any follow-up the call produces.
To send transactional emails (booking confirmation, calendar invite, reminders).
To improve our offer based on aggregated, anonymised qualification data (e.g. “X% of applicants are in $40K–$80K range”).
To send marketing emails, but only if you explicitly opt in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. We do not sell your data.

Typeform: hosts the application form and stores your answers. Typeform’s privacy policy.
GoHighLevel: hosts the booking calendar, CRM, and email automations. GoHighLevel’s privacy policy.
Wistia: hosts the videos on the site and provides anonymous engagement analytics. Wistia’s privacy policy.
Vercel: serves the website. Vercel’s privacy policy.

If law-enforcement or court order legitimately requires disclosure, we comply with the minimum necessary.

Cookies

The lander itself doesn’t set first-party tracking cookies. The Typeform embed and GoHighLevel calendar set their own cookies (session, anti-spam, fraud-prevention) when you interact with them; their privacy policies linked above describe those.

Your rights

You can request the following at any time by writing to us at the postal address listed under Who we are above:

A copy of the information we hold about you.
Correction of inaccurate information.
Deletion of your information (the “right to be forgotten”).
Restriction of processing (we’ll keep your data but not use it for anything new).

EU / UK residents have additional GDPR rights including portability and the right to object. California residents have CCPA rights to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we don’t sell). We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

Retention

Application and call data are retained for 16 months after your last interaction (aligned with our 16-month buyback guarantee window) unless you request earlier deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Email subscribers are retained until unsubscribed.

Security

We use the security controls of our processors (Typeform, GoHighLevel, Wistia, Vercel), all of which encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. We’ll notify you of any data breach affecting you in line with applicable law.

Children

This site and its offer are aimed at adults considering a business investment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for substantive changes affecting your rights, notify subscribed users by email.
